Having worked for development lenders, we understand how to professionally prepare credit proposals that support a developer’s loan application.

We pre-assess schemes using our own appraisal and loan modelling tools to determine likely funding levels ahead of speaking to lenders. We use the knowledge we’ve developed of how each lender calculates and cashflows their loans, to know where to go whether loan quantum or pricing is more important. 

A cheaper rate does not necessarily mean a cheaper loan, as some lenders compound interest more heavily and some lenders apply additional fees. To help preserve developer’s profit, we take a close look at that and work with lenders that have leaner interest calculations and fees.

We arrange both senior and mezzanine finance and use bridging finance to assist acquisitions and development exit where required.
